Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital
The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital is The Smile Train's first partner in Ghana. This center has been involved with cleft care for 12 years and is currently providing care for poor children. With The Smile Train's support, Dr. Peter Donkor, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, has already treated 25 poor cleft patients from remote areas of West Africa at Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital at no cost. He will provide 50 additional surgeries this year.
