Hospital Centro Infantil de Estomatologia is located in Sacatepequez, Guatemala. The center has been involved with cleft care for 37 years. With the help of a Treatment Grant from The Smile Train, Hospital Centro Infantil de Estomatologia will be able to provide 10 underprivileged children with free cleft treatment. Dr. Rodolfo Asensio Mármol will be overseeing this project.

Operation Kids
The Smile Train supported the work of Operation Kids in Guatemala. A Treatment Grant enabled 30 poor children to receive cleft lip and palate surgery, with oversight from Austin Mehrhof, M.D., Chairman of Plastic Surgery at the University of Virginia.
