Perfect Surgical Clinic / Russian Hospital
The number of Mongolian children born with clefts increases with each year and there are not enough qualified medical professionals available to treat them. The Smile Train has provided an Education &Training Grant to the Perfect Surgical Clinic for the training of six medical professionals, including Dr. Oyun Namjil. The training will consist of one week of didactic sessions and treatment of 10-20 cleft lip and palate patients. Dr. Rebecca Jackson will be overseeing this project.
