1st World Cleft Congress 2000 of the International
Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation
An Education and Training Grant enabled medical professionals from
developing countries to meet and learn from experts in the field
of clefts during the Congress in July 2000. Health professionals
gathered together in Zurich, Switzerland to exchange knowledge of
cleft lip and palate. Through lectures, the presentation of institutes
and publications, the attendees were educated in ways on how to
help those indigent children with cleft lip and palate.
